Creating

My Studio

Upload works to My Studio, organize them into folders, add notes and choose who can see each piece.

What My Studio Is For

My Studio is your private inventory. Upload your work, organize it into folders and manage the details behind each piece. Open it from Apps, or select Create and then Upload Artwork.

Uploading Works

Select Upload in the My Studio toolbar, then choose how to add work:

  • Upload Files: pick images or videos from your device. New works land in the folder you have open.
  • Import From URL: paste a direct link to an image and select Import.
  • Import Catalog (CSV): bring in titles, sizes and other details for many works at once.

Images can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, up to 50 MB each. Videos must be MP4 or WebM and no larger than 15 MB. Other video formats, such as MOV, are refused because browsers can't play them. GIFs are also limited to 15 MB.

Organizing Your Works

  • Open Folders to see your folder tree. New Folder adds a top-level folder and New Subfolder adds one inside the folder you're in. Each folder can be renamed, colored or deleted.
  • Drag a work onto a folder to move it there. When you have several works selected, Move Selected Here next to a folder moves them all.
  • Switch between views such as All Works, For Sale, Sold and Trash, and use Filter and View to narrow down, sort and change the layout.
  • Move To Trash sends a work to Trash. From there, Restore brings it back and Delete Forever removes it permanently.

Who Can See A Work

Each work is Private, Link Only or On Art Board. Link Only means anyone with the link can see it, but it stays off Art Board. Choosing Link Only or On Art Board publishes the work's image, and Private takes it down. Only works with a published image can be pinned to your Atelier.

Notes On A Work

Open a work and go to its Notes tab to keep track of anything you want to remember, then select Add Note. The line above your notes tells you who can read them: only you, or, if your notes are stored as comments, anyone viewing the work on Art Board.

Common Questions

Why was my video rejected?

Videos must be MP4 or WebM and no larger than 15 MB. Export at 1080p and 1,500–2,500 kbps; a 30-second reel comes to around 7 MB.

What is the largest file I can upload?

50 MB per file. Videos and GIFs have a lower limit of 15 MB.

Can I get a deleted work back?

Yes, while it is in Trash: open it and select Restore. Delete Forever cannot be undone. Minted and sold works can't be deleted forever, because they keep their history.

Are my notes private?

Check the line above your notes on the Notes tab. If it says only you can see them, they are private. Otherwise they are stored as comments, which visitors can read when the work is on Art Board.
