Wallet Passes And Collectibles

Show your passes for gallery visits from your Yeja Wallet, check guests in at the door, and see where collectibles appear.

Wallet Passes

A pass is a ticket with a QR code and a 10-character code. Yeja adds one to your Wallet when a gallery confirms your World Galleries visit. If the visit isn’t confirmed, for example because it was canceled, the pass shows Canceled.

Find them under Passes in Wallet. Choose Show Pass to show the QR code at the door; your screen stays on while it’s open, where your browser allows it. Choose Pin to keep a pass at the top. Used, canceled and ended passes move to Past for 30 days.

Check In Guests

If your gallery hosts visits, Passes shows Check In Guests. It is also under Guest Check-In in Wallet Settings.

  • Choose Scan With Camera to scan the QR code, where your browser supports it, or type the code and choose Check In.
  • Each result shows Checked In, Already Used, Canceled or Not Found, and stays in the list so you can see what just happened.
  • A code works only for passes you issued.

Collectibles and Minting

Collectibles in Wallet is where the Yeja NFTs you hold appear. Minting isn’t open yet: if you choose Mint NFT on an artwork in My Studio, it tells you that nothing was minted, and you aren’t charged.

Common Questions

Where are my passes?

Under Passes in your Yeja Wallet. Open a pass there and choose Show Pass at the door.

Can I add a pass to Apple Wallet?

No. Passes are shown in your Yeja Wallet. Open the pass there and choose Show Pass.

Why does my pass say Canceled?

The gallery visit it belongs to isn’t confirmed, for example because it was canceled. A canceled pass can’t be checked in.

Who can check guests in?

Only the account that issued the pass: the gallery hosting the visit.

Can I check in a guest without a camera?

Yes. Type the code from the guest’s pass and choose Check In. Scanning works only in browsers that support it.

My guest’s pass says Already Used. Why?

That pass was checked in before. The result shows the time it was checked in. Each pass can be checked in once.

Can I mint my artwork as an NFT?

Not yet. Minting isn’t open. Mint NFT tells you that nothing was minted, and you aren’t charged.
