Wallet And Payouts

See your balance, cards and collectibles in Wallet, connect Stripe to get paid, and withdraw to your bank whenever you choose.

What Wallet Shows

Wallet holds what you own, owe and are owed on Yeja: money from your sales, the cards you pay with, and what you collect. It has three tabs: Home, Activity and Settings.

  • Home shows anything waiting on you under Needs You, your cards and balance under Cards, and rows for Passes, Collectibles, Offers and Perks. A row appears only when it has something in it.
  • Activity is one dated timeline of sales, purchases, withdrawals, installments and subscription charges. Open a row for its receipt or details, or press Export CSV to download it.
  • Settings holds your Payment Methods, Billing & Tax and Help & Support, plus Selling & Payouts if you sell.

Set Up Payouts With Stripe

If you sell on Yeja, Home shows Get Paid in Two Steps. Payouts go through Stripe, so you set them up once:

  • Verify Your Identity: press Start. Stripe checks your details on its own pages, then sends you back to Wallet.
  • Add a Payout Bank: press Add Bank to add the bank account where withdrawals land.

If Stripe still needs details, Needs You shows Finish Your Stripe Setup with a Continue Setup button. Until both steps are done, Settings also shows Wallet Setup. Your balance becomes active once Stripe is connected.

Balances And Withdrawals

  • A sale reaches your balance as soon as the buyer's payment clears. There is no hold period. With installments, each part arrives as it is paid.
  • Payouts are manual, never on a schedule. Press Withdraw on your balance card, enter the Amount, and confirm. Stripe sends the money to your bank, usually within a few business days.
  • Open your balance card to see Recent Withdrawals and their status, or to Change Payout Bank.
  • If a buyer disputes a payment with their bank, that amount is held from your balance until the dispute is decided, and released if it is decided in your favor. A refunded sale is taken back from the balance it added.

Common Questions

When can I withdraw my money?

As soon as it shows on your balance card. Once a buyer's payment clears, the money is yours to withdraw whenever you choose.

Can I set up automatic payouts?

No. Payouts are manual only. You decide when to withdraw, and each withdrawal goes to your payout bank through Stripe.

Why can't I press Withdraw?

Either Stripe has not finished setting up your payouts, or there is nothing available to withdraw yet. Finish both setup steps, then check that your balance is above zero.

What happens if my bank returns a withdrawal?

It shows as Returned, and Needs You asks you to Update Bank. The money stays in your Stripe account until you update your bank details.
