Connecting

Promo Network

Hire creators to promote your work with a held payment, run campaigns, recruit promoters, or earn by promoting other artists.

What Promo Network Is

Promo Network connects artists with creators who promote work to their followers. Artists hire creators, run campaigns and recruit promoters. Creators list themselves, take bookings and earn from promoting. Its views run along the top: Discover, Campaigns, Analytics, Recruit, Creator Hub, Bookings, My Listing, Promote & Earn and My Promoter Program.

Discover, Campaigns, Analytics and Recruit work inside a workspace: Personal, or a team you belong to. Pick one from the workspace menu in the toolbar.

Finding Creators

Discover lists creators with an active listing. Filter by Platform or search. Each creator shows their audience, verified or labeled self-reported, their Creator Score from finished promotions, and their Brand Fit and brand safety for your workspace.

  • Brand safety is read by AI from a creator’s listing and published captions. Check their posts before you decide.
  • Set your brand keywords, an audience target and which flagged creators to hide under Brand Fit and Safety in Analytics.
  • From a creator you can Add to CRM, Invite to My Program or Hire.

Hiring A Creator With A Held Payment

A direct booking works like this:

  • Choose Hire, describe what you want promoted, and confirm. The price is the creator’s listed rate.
  • Pay by card. Yeja holds the payment until you confirm the promotion was delivered. If you close the payment form, the booking waits in Bookings with Pay Now.
  • The creator posts, then chooses Mark Delivered and adds the link to the post. Posts published through Yeja, and Bluesky posts from their connected account, are verified automatically. Any other link is marked as not verified, so check it yourself.
  • Choose Confirm and Release Payment to pay the creator. Yeja’s fee, 20% or 12% if the creator is on Pro, comes out of their payment.
  • If the delivery isn’t right, choose Dispute instead and say what went wrong. The payment stays held while Yeja’s team reviews it.

A creator can be paid only after finishing their Stripe setup in the Wallet. You can’t hire yourself.

Running A Campaign

A campaign briefs several creators about one work, or your whole Atelier, and tracks what their posts bring in.

  • In Campaigns, choose New Campaign. Add a Name, a Brief, the Artwork, a Budget and dates, then choose Create Campaign.
  • Choose Add Creators, pick creators from your CRM or the directory, and choose Send Invitations. Each creator’s listed rate is the fee. Until they answer, Edit Terms changes the fee, the post-by date and the deliverables.
  • Each creator moves through Outreach, Contracted, Drafting, In Review, Approved, Live and Paid.
  • When a creator sends a draft, choose Review Draft, then Approve or Request Changes with a comment.
  • Once approved, the creator posts with their tracking link and gives you the post. Each creator’s row shows clicks, sales and impressions, with reach marked Verified via API or Self-Reported.
  • Pay a creator through Yeja with a held payment, which works like a direct booking, or choose Record a Payment for a payment you made outside Yeja. Recording charges nothing. A creator moves to Paid when their booking is confirmed, or when recorded payments cover the fee.

Analytics sums up a workspace: clicks, sales, what you have paid out, Earned Media Value and your return, with your pipeline and top creators. Earned Media Value is an estimate of what the reach would have cost as ads, using the Earned Media Value Rates you set.

Recruiting Creators

  • In Recruit, choose New Recruit Page. Give it a Title, an Address, which becomes its link under yeja-ai.com/promo/apply/, and describe what you are looking for. Pages are text only.
  • Choose Publish, then share the link in your bio or newsletter. Unpublish takes the page down.
  • Creators apply from the page with their Yeja account, so you see their profile and listing. Under Applications, choose Accept and Add to CRM or Decline. Accepted creators are added to your CRM without their email address.

For Creators

  • My Listing: anyone can list themselves as a creator. Add a Headline, a Bio, your flat rate in US dollars, your audience size and your platforms. Keep the listing active to appear in Discover.
  • Accounts you connect in Social count toward your audience automatically. Add other platforms yourself; artists see them labeled self-reported. Where it is offered, Verify With YouTube reads your subscriber count and viewer age, gender and country, and never posts to YouTube.
  • Creator Hub shows your Invitations. Accept one to get your tracking link. Send a link to your draft and your caption with Send for Review. Once it is approved, post it with your link and choose Mark as Posted. If you didn’t post through Yeja, add your post’s numbers so the artist sees its reach.
  • For a direct booking, open Bookings after you post and choose Mark Delivered with the link to your post. You are paid when the artist confirms, once your Stripe setup in the Wallet is finished.

Promoter Programs And Promo Codes

A promoter program lets collectors, fans and other artists promote your work for a share of the sale. You pay only when something sells, and the reward comes out of your proceeds after Yeja’s usual fee.

  • In My Promoter Program, also found in Social under Settings, choose the reward: a percentage of each sale or a fixed amount per sale. Choose who can promote, Anyone, Right Away or Only People I Approve, how many days after delivery a reward is paid, and an optional message. Then choose Save Program.
  • Promo Codes give buyers a discount when they buy from your artwork page. The discount comes out of your proceeds. Give a code to a promoter and the sales it brings count for them. You can limit uses, set an end date, and Pause or Resume a code.
  • In Promote & Earn, browse artists’ programs, choose Join or Ask to Join, and share your link. A reward shows as Pending until the artist’s return window after the buyer receives the work has closed. Then it is paid to your Wallet.
  • Cross-Promote With Another Artist proposes a swap: each of you posts the other’s work to your own followers. Each writes their own post, and it is labeled #ad when it goes out.

Common Questions

What happens to my money if the creator doesn’t deliver?

It stays held. Yeja pays the creator only when you choose Confirm and Release Payment. If the delivery isn’t right, choose Dispute and the payment stays held while Yeja’s team reviews it.

What does Yeja charge on a booking?

Yeja’s fee, 20% or 12% if the creator is on Pro, comes out of the creator’s payment. See Pricing.

Can I change a creator’s fee after they accept?

No. You can change the terms until the creator answers. After that, the fee is the one they accepted.

How do I know a creator really posted?

Posts published through Yeja, and Bluesky posts from the creator’s connected account, are verified automatically. Any other link is marked as not verified, so open it and check before you confirm.

Do creators need a Yeja account to apply on my recruit page?

Yes. Anyone can read a published page, but applying needs a Yeja account, so you can see the applicant’s profile and listing.

When do promoters get paid?

After the buyer receives the work and the artist’s return window has closed. Until then the reward shows as Pending, and then it is paid to the promoter’s Wallet.

Why does adding a creator to my CRM say it is saved?

Your CRM is still locked. Creators you add are saved and appear in your CRM as soon as it unlocks. See CRM And Contacts.
